I live in Bangalore, India with my  wife Ripsy and our 12 year old son Rishabh. Having lived in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bhopal, Gurgaon……. Bangalore has been a wonderful home for us for last 14 years.

I’m fortunate to be working in an area I’m passionate about – unlocking human potential! Over last 18 years, I have lived my passion through my profession in human resources in corporates like Royal Philips, Tech Mahindra, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Fidelity Investments.

Currently I lead the HR function for HealthSystems vertical at Philips Innovation Campus, Bangalore, India. In this role I manage organizational development initiatives and am a strategic business partner to various Philips Healthcare’s Research and Product Development organisations.

My professional interests and specialization include leadership coaching, performance consulting and organizational development. I’m a Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation. I am also a certified Lominger Voices Leadership Competency Assessor and a Myers-Briggs Type Inventory Step II Certified Practitioner.

You will find me blogging and tweeting on varied topics of my interests like….. neuroscience, coaching, talent management, biking, health & well being etc.
